True happiness is not dependent on your outside circumstances. Happiness comes from the inside and is radiated outward. When you depend on others or circumstances to make you happy, you will never by truly satisfied. You will be hurt, envious of others good fortune or disappointed with what-is. Each physical form is subject to death and renewal, this is where attachment becomes painful. When you let go of treating the present moment as a means to an end; and you become One with lifes unfolding, inner peace will rise and give birth to joy. This superior state of consciousness flows into and enlightens all things you partake in.

Love everyone but depend on no-one. It feels wonderful to be loved, but its far richer to Love. Know your outer world is only a reflection of your inner world and you see what you Want to see. You can choose to see the miracle of the sun rising each morning, or successive breaths you require arriving with perfect timing. 

Release yourself of the burdening concerns of others misfortune and folly – have compassion for they are doing the best they can with what they know.. and above all love yourself because you are all you’ve got.
